Can Voting Make Electors Accessory to Murder?

It’s an interesting idea. But one must take into account the motives of those voting. Take the Iraq War for example. Those who voted Bush into office a second time thought they were voting for the defense of their nation, liberating a nation from terrorists, etc.
 
There are only two situations where I think voting can make the voter an accessory to murder. One of them is voting for a ballot proposal (not a candidate) that clearly enables an murderous act, such as abortion. The other situation is voting for a person for public office specific because of his support for such an evil policy. I all other cases, I would have to say no.
