Can we look to the communion of the saints as intercessors?

According to Anglican Theologian C.B. Moss, Mary can be viewed as the second Eve, and in a limited sense the Co-redemptrix only in she gave birth to the Savior; denying her role in intercession. Apparently Anglicans want to limit the communion of the saints to the time we partake of the Lords supper. Can we view the communion of the saints as going on at all times in view of Hebrews 12:1,22-24. And can we look to them as intercessors?
