The Church doesn’t take a position on such matters. It is up to individuals using their prudential judgment. Speaking personally, the thought of doing so and then sticking the picture in a photo album or scrapbook turns my stomach, but some people may find it meaningful. I would only caution you that, if you are not a member of the immediate family, you should ask permission before taking photographs of the deceased at a funeral.
