Can we volunteer to work on Easter if we need the money?

My husband works in a factory that works 12-hour rotating shifts. That means that every other Sunday he has to work. I know this is okay but my question is that on Easter Sunday they are asking for volunteers to work at double time-and-a-half. We are not in dire need of the money at the moment but will be very soon. He would go into work at 7 PM so he can still attend Mass. Would it be sinful for him to volunteer? If he decides to and I don’t fight him on not doing it, or even kind of want him too, is it sinful for me as well?

Working on Sunday because the money is needed to support the family is fine. And, thankfully, your husband can do so and still go to Mass for Easter as well.
