Hello, My husband appeared before the Diocesan Tribunal today for his interview in his efforts to have his first marriage nullified. Does the information he shared during the interview get sent to his former spouse?
 
Dear friend,

Each of the two has the right to come to the tribunal and read a transcript of the interview and can determine what the other has answered by its context. I would assume that many or even most do not take advantage of this right.
