I was in my office on the speaker phone for a teleconference. The door of the office was shut to avoid the noise from the hallways. During the conversation someone outside rang a little bell three times. As soon as I heard it I just started sliding down from my chair and going down to my knees!

Reminds of a story I heard about 30 years or so ago . A catholic politician was leaving parliament house and because of the large amount of catholic politicians who he use to go to church with were there. Forgot where he was , got to the main entrance doors turned and started to genuflect, but caught himself before completing it.
