I did something before and well I’m confused on the topic because I don’t know if i did it. But I know I did one thing and that wasn’t bad cause I immediately started praying afterwards. Please help me so when I go to confession father will understand

It is hard for us to help you make it clear for your priest when it is not clear to us what you are really asking.

Your best bet is to take this situation to confession. If the priest does not understand, he will ask you to clarify.

God bless!

Basically I was doing an un holy action and then my medal was in the middle of the un holy action. I wasn’t being weird with my medal but I still thought it was disrespectful because it was right there. So I started praying and explaining to God what happened. Can I confess this and can you blasphemy a Saint because a saint was on that medal.

First, understand what blasphemy is, from the Catechism. What you describe is disrespecting a sacramental. You don’t explain why to God, you beg forgiveness for your sin and determine to stop sinning.

Blasphemy is directly opposed to the second commandment. It consists in uttering against God - inwardly or outwardly - words of hatred, reproach, or defiance; in speaking ill of God; in failing in respect toward him in one’s speech; in misusing God’s name. St. James condemns those "who blaspheme that honorable name [of Jesus] by which you are called."78 The prohibition of blasphemy extends to language against Christ’s Church, the saints, and sacred things. It is also blasphemous to make use of God’s name to cover up criminal practices, to reduce peoples to servitude, to torture persons or put them to death. The misuse of God’s name to commit a crime can provoke others to repudiate religion.

Blasphemy is contrary to the respect due God and his holy name. It is in itself a grave sin.79

I think you still do not understand the concept of blasphemy. Read TheLittleLady’s post carefully. What you described was not blasphemy.

Just go to confession and confess your sins.
