Can you help me explain Church teaching on Muslims from the Catechism?

Having trouble explaining paragraph 841 of Catechism which discusses Muslims being included in God’s plan of salvation. Evangelicals are saying we believe that Islam is another path to salvation and that the Bible says Christ is the only way.John 14:6
