Can you help me?

I submitted a question. You (computer) said I had to have a title. I typed in a title and resubmitted. You said I had to wait 6 more seconds. I waited, and resubmitted. You said I had already asked that question. I am not a computer maven. If I had wanted hassle, I’d have called one of my kids. You keep sending me around and around. I just want an answer to my question.
