Without seeing pictures of the statue that show the full-length details, I can only guess. The saint depicted here appears to be wearing a mantle and rosary and is carrying a crucifix. Indeed, he appears to be preaching Christ crucified. If this is the case, my guess is that he is St. Vincent Ferrer (1350-1419), a medieval Dominican friar.
