Can you tell when the news are persuading you to believe their world view?

My friend prays that he won’t be deceived by the news shows. And social media.

Have you been deceived by social media?
 
The only reason to watch the news is the weather.

Social media makes it easier and faster to communicate with family and friends. But I don’t pay attention to the news items to the side of the page. (Wary of clicking links to any websites I’m not familiar with.) I see the headlines, yes. But I don’t click them to read the full story.
