Hello-
I recently posted a thread about searching for a good study Bible to use with my Bible study course. The course recommends getting a Bible that you can mark up. (Not in a disrespectful way!) I wouldn’t doodle in the margins of the Bible or trash it up, but read through different passages, highlight areas that speak to me, write in connections I make. Most of the people that responded kindly told me that they felt it was irreverent to mark up a Bible.
Is there anything bad about doing this?
Thank you! God bless!
