Try canonlaw.info/ for basic info about canon law and canon lawyers – you may find more contacts there or via the blog. I imagine you’d have several years of necessary schooling, after any entrance examination or application.
I know you don’t need to be cleric though.

You must first get your undergraduate degree and then pursue a licentiate degree at a University which offers these canon law degrees. There are only three places in North American which offer them.
