What were some of the incomplete or incorrect lists of the NT given from the Early Church Father’s prior to the complete lists given at the Council of Rome in 382 and the Council of Carthage in 397?

I am not an expert but I know the Codex Sinaiticus contained both The Shepherd of Hermas and the Epistle of Barnabas.
