I would like to know about the canonization of the Koran. Since the Koran is to be considered as Holy Book by the Moslem, then there must be a process of the canonization of this book. Is there any one out there can give me the explanataion please?

Well the Quran is from allah himself. Does it need canonization still?? I do not know.

Well, if the so called allah gave directly to Muhammad, then whose actually wrote it? We Catholic are very sure on how the Bible is canonized. Surely it must also happened to the KOran since Muslims around the world are using the same book. Any one please?

Uthman was largely responsible for deciding what was in the modern day Qur’an. Although Moslems today claim that the Qur’an of today is the original form as it was in the 7th century, no secular historians back up this claim and even some Moslem scholars are beginning to question this premise. They believe that The Archangel Gabriel delivered the Qur’an to Muhammed, who memorized what the Angel told him, and had his scribes write it down. They claim that Muhammed was illiterate and because of this, that it is further evidence that Muhammed was a prophet of God and that the Qur’an is truly God’s word.

Huh, canonization? codification? Let’s find out from True muslims here 😃
