Cardinal Peter Turkson and the liturgy

In an article about Cardinal Dolan they mentioned his odds of being the next pope as 80-1. So I Googled the odds on being the next Pope and came across this Cardinal and the website I was on had him pretty high.

So I was wondering how he is on Liturgy. Is he in line with Pope Benedict concerning the direction he seems to be going with the Liturgy? Not sure where to go for an answer.

I wouldn’t put too much stock into “Pope odds.” As the old saying goes: whoever goes into a conclave a Pope, comes out a Cardinal.

And, for the record, my bet is on Fr. Dougal Maguire!

I went to a Mass when the Cardinal Turkson came to give a lecture at the local uni. His homily was very good and the Liturgy seemed for al like what you get under the current Pope. But that is just my view.
