Care package for young stroke victim

I just found out via facebook that a college friend of mine, in her 20’s, has recently suffered stroke. I haven’t really talked with her since we graduated, but I’d like to send her a care package. I also went to school with her husband, who I assume is her primary care giver. what types of things would you include in a care package to a young stroke patient? I’m not clear on the details - whether she can read or write, etc. I want to include at least a Mass card and a letter from us. What else? She lives several states away, so nothing that is too heavy or can’t be mailed. Thank you!

I would send a CD or two. One of nice calm music. And one of a Catholic or Christian speaker. (If she is Catholic or Christian)

Maybe a movie. Call the hospital and ask if their rooms have DVD players. When my mother was in the hospital (for almost 3 months) she loved watching her favorite movies.
