Hello, I was wondering if anyone here knows what the traditional vestments that are worn with a priest’s cassock. Specifically, what the hoodless cowl is called. Thank you for any answers

Could you please expand on what you mean by a hoodless cowl? Cowls do have hoods and they are proper to monks and nuns who have made solemn profession. A cowl (Latin: cuculla) is not part of the dress of priests.

I don’t know. As the OP must be checking to see if the question is answered it would be helpful for the OP to clarify. It could be an amice. May be it’s a mozzetta. A description or, even better, a photo or some other image would be very useful.

In priest daily wear. Ive seen priests wear little capes around their upper torso.
 
It may be like the cape you can see on the priest’s cassock in this picture. It is part of the full abito piano, the normal non-liturgical dress for a priest. You do not see the cape very often these days, especially on priests. It is still quite common on bishops’ cassocks, as you can see in the image attached in post #10.
