Is there any step by step, daily catechism study program that I can purchase or view on the web for adults and children? Any recommendations for parents to teach very young children that do not have a good attention span.

Coming from someone with ADD, try setting up a system of rewards for learning/completing lessons. My mom did it with M&M’s, and there wasn’t a bit or schoolwork I wouldn’t finish to get my little reward at the end.

I also highly recommend Catholicism for Dummies. I have been Catholic for about 10 years now, and am learning a lot from this book. And it’s very easy to read.

You should also look at www.catechismclass.com. My husband signed me up for Christmas, and it has been great for me. They also have it for children of all ages. You can sign all your kids up for one price, I think adults are separate. They have sample lessons on the website.
