Catholic and a Police Officer

I’m interested in how this is going. I’m a police officer in Oregon and wanted to get a Catholic officers group together. Maybe a blue mass?

I am not aware of any specific resources in print for Catholic police officers. It would be good to have something. I know a few Catholic police officers in my area (and one even spoke at our youth rally one year). I should suggest to him that he write a book.

As for the blue Mass idea, it never hurts to run it by your pastor and see if he’s up for it.

Been seeing some new posts on here after no activity for a while so thanks to everyone for their thoughts. I finished training to be a Chaplain with the Police Department so currently working on being a solid Catholic Christian witness and simply ask for prayers that I may have the spiritual strength to reflect the love of Christ to those I serve. Thank you
