Hi,
I have struggled a treat deal to pay attention and read the Bible growing up. I am 29 years now and work in the creative field. I still find it hard to sit down and pay full attention and read book which have small texts. I came across the Catholic Youth Bible and found it pretty good due to the visual appeal. I also liked having a hands on experience with the Bible. However, I came across another post on Catholic Answers that the Catholic Youth Bible May not be the best choice. So, I thought it was best that I reach out to the community for any suggestions.

If the Catholic Youth Bible has a nihil obstat and imprimatur and you like it, then go ahead and use it and don’t worry about what anyone else thinks.

Catholic Bibles are largely a matter of personal taste.

I also struggle to read and understand the Bible on my own. Maybe the way to go is some kind of Catholic Bible study program?
