Since this is a part of evanglization, I posted here. Please move if I posted incorrectly.

How many have Catholic decals, license plates or auto rosaries in their vehicle?

How many fly the Vatican flag outside their home?
 
I fly the vatican flag. I have a “for church and pope” bumper sticker as well as my son’s catholic school logo.🙂
 
Nope…other than my son’s hoodie and gym uniform, which have the name of his school, there is nothing distinctly Catholic on display in our home or yard or car

I have a Rosary hanging in my car, nothing in my home yet because I dont have a home yet, but when I do I would really love to have a Our Lady of Grace statue out front.

I think we Catholics need to be visible, as we are part of the visible church of Christ, but make sure we dont shove it in thier face and give it a negative impression nor make it a fashion thing.

One thing to keep in mind, if you have Catholic bumper stickers and such remember, you are declaring to all around you that you are Christian…act accordingly. Dont be flipping people off and running people off the road with a Rosary hanging from your mirror.
 
I don’t have a car just yet, so nothing right now. Hopefully, I’ll have one by next week and when I do I hope to put some Catholic stuff on it. I’m not sure what, exactly. Probably a rosary on the rear-view mirror.
 
i like my car neat and clean. no decals of any kind, no stickers of any kind. back when i was still in the Philippines we were required to have a sticker on the windshield as part of the vehicle registration. i don’t even put that there. LOL funny thing was i was pulled over a few times for traffic violations and not once did they check that. oh well. but i do carry a rosary in the car so i can pray wherever. admittedly, i don’t do it a lot, but its there

in my home, i’m still working on decorating it. still lots of empty spaces. i’m planning for an altar with handles and a bible. still deciding on which statues and icons i will place there but i think i’ll mix in some Eastern Catholicism in there
 
We have a statue of St. Francis next to our front porch. Eventually, I want to have a garden with Mary at the center. We have a crucifix in our bedroom on the wall (took a year to hang it though…), rosaries hanging from either side of the mirror in our bedroom, and a celtic cross above the hallway. We don’t have anything on our car because I don’t like bumper stickers. Not really sure about hanging a rosary on the rear-view mirror either, but I guess if we hang it in our bedroom it’s probably the same thing. I carry my special rosary that I received at my Confirmation in my purse where ever I go though.
 
There are Catholic CDs in the car and it is rosary-equipped (in a rosary bag).

The home has an Our Lady of Grace statue out front.

The interior is of the home has holy water fonts by all exits. A crucifix in every room. Paintings of Jesus, Mary, Sacred Heart and Divine Mercy. There are patron saint statues, depending on whose room it is. The childrens’ rooms have Catholic suncatchers in the windows. Palm Sunday palms crosses tucked here and there. Photographs of family religious. Lots of Catholic books. Your run-of-the-mill Catholic home.
 
The car -two pro-life bumper stickers which doesn’t necessarily mean Catholic, one pro-life window cling with a quote from Mother Theresa and rosary hanging from the rear view mirror, Divine Mercy cd that we listen to (pray) on the way to Mass on Sunday.

The home -I don’t think I’ll even remember it all but…framed pic of JPII over the fireplace (with other family photos), Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary oval framed prints, crucifix, painting of Mary, Divine Mercy holy card adhered to a match stick cross my daughter made when she was little, several small ceramic saint statues, resin Our Lady of Mount Carmel statue, porcelain Mary doll, a few more framed Jesus prints, holy cards stuck in various places, rosaries hanging from various places, St Benedict cross, two porcelain collector plates with Mary & Jesus, small Divine Mercy resin statue, pictures from my daughter’s baptism and first communion (reminds me I still have to put her confirmation pic in a frame), holy water font by the front door, several small bottles of holy water on the wall curio shelf…I think that’s most of it.😉
Oops…and an outdoor statue of Mary & Jesus in the front yard.

I don’t because I don’t have decals and bumper stickers in general on my car, I don’t have a rosary because the line of sight is already limited in my small car and it is not safe to obstruct vision even more

I don’t put stickes on my car either and am with you re obstructing vision. I try to park my car outside of the adoration chapel as often as possible and figure that makes up for it.

I have a picture of St. Joseph holding his Son above my fire place.

I have a framed picture of myself and my two dauthers with Auxilliary Bishop Zarama (Atlanta) taken on the evening of my confirmation. It sits next to my “Holy books” on a table… Christian Prayer, The Way, Imitation of Christ, Ignatus Study Bible, Missals, etc"

That’s all I have but would love a bumper sticker that says “My priest can forgive your pastor’s sins” or something like that.
 
I gotta admit that I love the idea of a bumper sticker that says, “My priest can forgive your pastor’s sins!” etc. I’d want to be careful about just how that came across though.

I do have 2 stickers on my car. One of my stickers just reads: ProLife and one that is for Catholic Radio and gives the local station. It’s magnatic so it can be moved from car to car. I also have a wrist version of the rosary that hangs from my rearview mirror. Not only does is remind me to pray the rosary, but it helps me id my car when it’s in with a lot of other cars.

My husband, although Catholic, doesn’t like being too outspoken about it, so I have to consider his feelings with the vehicles (I think he’s afraid that it looks like you’re bragging or something.) So I try to only put out Prolife because it’s so extremely important and Catholic Radio because it can inform other Catholics that there’s a station they can tune to if they want (of course non-Catholics can tune in too if they wish).

Around the house, St. Joseph and the child Jesus great visitors when they enter our home, we have several crucifixes around the house and in each bedroom. There’s a wall statue of Jesus hugging a teenager in our dining room. Plus a large blessed cross in our living room. I keep exorcised salt and Holy Water in the kitchen for use in special areas in or outside the home. We used in around a Palm Readers place and through that and prayer Our Lord saw fit to remove them from their residence in our town.(not sure where they went so we keep praying and are greatful that they left,)

I love the Sacred Heart of Jesus and would love a large statue of him for my front yard. In time and by the grace of God I suppose.
