Catholic Catechism Available on Audio CD?

I’ve searched bookstores and the internet. As far as I can tell, there is no Catechism of the Catholic Church available anywhere on audio.
Neither is there an entire Catholic Bible available on audio. There is a New American New Testament available at barnes and noble and amazon.

As I have a long commute, my best opportunity to study and learn the Catechism would be on audio CD. Does anyone know if there will be a audio version available soon?
 
There is a real need to get many books on Audio CD’s. I have been searching for many of the classics on CD without too much success. I see a real business opportunity here. Too bad I have trouble reading aloud off of a page.

Maybe Karl can set something up with the likes if Ignatius Press. Even if they were downloads, it would work for me since I have an iPod.

Yes there are many Catholic and CHristian classics which should be on CD. I bought Mere Christianity by CS Lewis on audio CD and I have listened to it several times.

It disappoints me that there are no complete audio Catholic Bibles and especially the Catechism of the Catholic Church available. Now with millions of Catholics as a market I would think the Catechism especially would have an audio (CD) version years ago. The new Catechism has been out in written form for over 10 years.

Now perhaps there might be some reason that the Catechism has not been made into an audio form that I am not aware of,perhaps the Vatican and/or copyright rules prohibit making an audio version.

The closest you can come on the Catechism would be the series by Fr. Corapi on the Catechism. They are available on CD, but it is not cheap. Here is a link to his site:

I do have the complete New American Bible on CD, but the last time I looked at the web site, they only had it available on cassette.
