One problem is that the Catholic Church doesn’t get any credit for all the individual Catholics who give a lot to non-Catholic charities. When the Catholic Church gets no credit for the money, time and work donated by individual Catholics to non-Catholic charities it does nothing to help build up the body of Christ which is the Church. That’s why I believe all faithful Catholics should donate exclusively to faithfully Catholic charities and organizations especially since the Catholic Church is always getting accused of bad things and almost never gets any credit for all the good each of us Catholics collectively do to help the poor and forgotten of this world.Does anyone have any updated information about the catholic church being the largest charitable organization in the world? I have heard this many times and to us Catholics this would be logical. But most non-Catholics would not take a statement like this as fact lol.
