Catholic-Orthodox Local Level Relations

Hello all.

With regards to Catholic-Orthodox relations, what are some things that are being done on the local levels to better relations between the two Churches?

Are clergy and laypeople getting together to better understand each other, ect. ect.?
 
I have been told that in one city, at least for a while, the Melkites and their counterpart Antiochian Orthodox, had a joint Sunday School with the blessing of both bishops.
