Call your local Catholic Charities. They should be able to put you in contact with someone in your area. You might also try calling your Parish and asking them for help locating a psychiatrist.
I went through this very same thing a few weeks ago. For me, it was a bit of a struggle tracking someone down, but worth it in the end. If you call a Catholic Charities who can’t help you, try another one in another town near you.

Although I have been unable to find a “Practicing” Catholic Psychologist, I did interview several over the phone. My childern’s therapist is NOT Catholic she has an understanding of doing things in the Catholic tradition and is willing to work with me and my children. We have been very blessed to find her. Interview some and don’t be afraid to reject someone who is not in line with what you need. If they will not talk to you over the phone, they will not work out anyway.
