Do you listen to a Catholic radio station? Catholic radio is not everywhere. For those of us who listen to Catholic radio where we can find it, what Catholic radio stations do you know about that are streaming from the Web?
I offer to you this station – KBVM, 88.3 FM – which just started streaming. There’s music at some parts of the day, and at other parts of the day there’s much more!
Now both dial up and Broadband users can listen to KBVM broadcast live 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
kbvm.org/
www.kbvm.fm
You can click on either one of the links at KBVM’s home page where it says:
KBVM is Streaming [p]
Don’t use Internet Explorer? Click here for Broadband/DSL Click here for dial-up
If you click on “click here for STREAMING audio” – it takes you to this place:
barnabasroad.com/kbvm_launch.htm
There, you click on either the “broadband/DSL” button OR the “dial-up speed” button to start the sound from the radio station to be played on your computer’s speakers.
If you click on “Click here for dial-up” – it opens up Windows Media on your computer and starts the sound from the radio station to be played on your computer’s speakers.
KBVM – “the positive difference”
The “BVM” part of “KBVM” stands for “Blessed Virgin Mary.” It’s our Lady’s radio station!
You can click on the left side of the home page where it says “Schedule” to find out what’s playing at different points during the day.
Note: that’s Pacific time because KBVM is in Portland, Oregon.
