I know bad thing happen because of free will but I find some views on hell feels wrong . one view not been in God present has hell feels right ,but I place of ever lasting pain ( sorry cant spell some words ) wrong and not a place a loving god let exist ( happen)

God agrees with you. Hell is contrary to the will of God, but that comes with freedom.

Hell exists as a byproduct of two other teachings. A) God is Love, and B) Human beings are free. A person has the capacity to reject God’s love because of their freedom.

I understand people rejecting God and going to Hell but I don’t understand why there is such an excessive pain there for eternity.

The pain in hell is punishment for the sins committed during a lifetime. The worse the sins, the more painful the punishment. The reason why we must be punished for our sins (unless we have repented and Jesus has forgiven us) is that our sins offend God. The reason why hell is eternal is because we are eternal, and eternal punishment can be the only recompense for sin.

God does everything possible in order to save a soul, including giving him/her the unmerited gift of final perseverance at the moment of their death. If everything given to them is rejected, then it requires radical obstinacy from the soul, which means a radical degree of evil. The more gifts that are rejected by a soul, the more they separate themselves from God, and God gives them every gift possible.

People in hell aren’t just a little bit evil, because God gave them everything he has to try to prevent them from going there. Also, when a soul is in hell, they continue to sin against God and their neighbor and themself, and sin necessarily causes pain because sin isn’t ordered towards God’s will.

We can see glimpses of hell in this earthly life, when we look at Auschwitz, or the heartbreak of a broken marriage, or an addict who can’t control their own impulses. All of these evils come to full fruition in hell. The loneliness of being self-centered becomes extreme loneliness. The sadness of a broken relationship becomes immense sadness. The lose of freedom from addictions or attachments becomes absolute slavery to these passions. The more attachment to sin, the deeper the pain becomes. The spiritual emptiness without God becomes like a burning fire.

It must last for eternity since sin is Spiritual and what Spiritual lasts for Eternity. Sinning against God is like spitting in his face.
