Find a parish near a college. Join their CSO group.I am also prepared to be proven wrong. Preferably at a parish within driving distance of my house.

I’m doing the same! And I’m OLDER!Likewise - I continued well past my eighteenth year, currently do and am certainly not married yet!
Arg! I am undone!Ah, this thread is full of generalizations! Laughs
I am about to disprove your thread.
I’m female, 22, boyfriendless, husbandless, and, well, not exactly unfortunate in the looks department.I attend Mass every Sunday. I enjoy being single and will stay this way until I am ready to get married. I have had a few opportunities to say “I do” and refused because I am ultimately content with my current situation.
When strangers ask me on dates, I usually flat out tell them that I’m willing to get to know them as friends, but I am not open to anything else right now.
HOWEVER… if a nice, handsome, Catholic guy from church asked me out, I might change my tune![]()
I’d give him a chance, anyway. Heh heh.
There are others like me. I second maryjk’s statement about finding a parish near college![]()
Just try to keep it to yourself when at Mass.Yesterday I went to mass at the church I referred to earlier, and a lady about my age came and sat down next to me! It was a nice way to be corrected.
…I appreciate your advice, but I think I’m going to hold on to my bitterness for awhile longer.
