Thomas E Woods in his ‘How the Catholic Church Built Western Civilization’ say Catholicism was called the women’s religion in early times because of its women’s rights and high female membership.
Does anyone have the source which Wood cites in his book? (I watched the EWTN’s ‘The Catholic Church: Builder of Civilization’ and apparently everything he says in that is in his book).
Also, can anyone point to any other source? I’d like to be able to refer to multiple sources, not just one.
