Hello everyone,

I just wanted to know if anyone had visited catholicity.com/ and what they though of them? Is this a good Catholic website? They offer free books, tapes, and CDs and I dont’ want to waste my time with a site that will pull me in the wrong direction faith wise.

👍 Excellent website and the CD/tape collection they have is very good.

I haven’t read their books but I’ve heard only good about them.
 
The Catholicity website is solidly, orthodox Catholic. I have read all three of the fictional Catholic books they offer and enjoyed them all. It was a joy to find fictional material that has Catholic themes and characters! The tapes/CD’s are great too. I have listened to them all. And you can’t beat the price…free. (Of course it’s nice to offer a donation.)

The other great part is that they ship your order the day they receive your request so it won’t take long to receive your books and tapes.

I will have to take another look at the things they are offering.
 
I love CatholiCity! It’s one of the only other Catholic websites I’ll use, besides Catholic Answers, which is my favorite. So far I’ve never read anything on it that wasn’t safe or orthodox. They offer other Catholic links, but warn you that everything out there may not be safe . They offer great news and commentary and I love the 3 novels they offer for free: Pierced By a Sword, Conceived Without Sin, and House of Gold.

Catholicity.com is The Mary Foundation and they are one of the very best out there. Enjoy their stuff and be sure to support them in prayer and alms if ya can. their Rosary CD ROCKS! My absolute favorite.

An excellent site! It’s the one I cut my teeth on when I started my journey on my new “Deepening of the Faith”.
