Yes, I can. In fact, it happens that my husband and I are good friends of the original founder. If you are asking about the group that is now part of the Knights of Columbus, then I might have great info for you.
Catholics in Action was founded out of the frustration that a large percentage of the Knights of Columbus were in the organization mainly for fraturnity. It seemed as though the membership consisted of many people who called themselves Catholic but who might not have been as well formed in thier faith as they should have been. Let’s just call these people culturally catholic. The Knights of Columbus in Arizona embraced this program for the purposes of forming men in the fullness of the Catholic faith. Teaching men to be true leaders of thier families and thier world.
For various reasons, the group decided to utilize the video series of Father Corapi. Father seems to appeal to men, his teaching is relevent to people at most all levels of thier spiritual development. The video series is easy to implement at the parish level.
I truly hope that Catholics in Action is successful and continues to move through out our country. I belive that it is just one more way that our Lord is attempting to wake us up.
Hope this answers your question.
