Yes, that is a church of sedevacantists in the SSPV.

You can tell too because of how exaggerated and erroneous their comments were concerning the history of the Roman Liturgy and the fact that the form they use is the only true liturgy, the liturgy of the Apostles, how it is immutable as the law of God, and how Vatican II changed “everything.”
 
About two weeks ago I talked to a retired priest in his 70s about the Tridentine Mass. He told me he wouldn’t know how to do it anymore.
