Changing baptismal and confirmation names?

I was given my baptismal and confirmation names as a child. But a few years ago, I legally changed my first and middle names.

Is it possible for me to change my confirmation name to a saint I’ve always felt a kinship with?

if you have a legal name change you can take the paperwork to your baptismal parish, and they will amend (not erase the original or change, but add to) the sacramental record to reflect the new name. Hereafter should you ask for a record it will only list the new name. This will be important when it comes time to marry or make religious profession. The confirmation name is not part of your legal name in any case, but you can certainly adopt any saint to whom you have a devotion as your personal patron. Hopefully when you chose your new first name you kept that in mind.
