I’m not 100% sure if tongues have ceased, but I know from personal experience that they are not being used according to Scripture.
And as far as people falling backwards, having what look like fits and behaving like animals in some cases is of the devil for sure. :eek:
That goes against scripure and is done by pagans all over the world.
Plus pagans speak in so called tongues and that is obviously not from the Holy Spirit.
