I know we are supposed to show pity to the poor, orphans, and widows as Jesus said. Does that mean that I have to go out searching for people to help or I will be damned to hell or is it only when we see them? I’m scared now because I have never really done an act of charity and I am scared that I am damned because of it. I have heard that we can’t trust every person who stands on the street and holds up a sign. I may have only given money to one of them one time. The sheep and goats judgement is supposed to be about the nations and their treatment of Israel.
