It kind of reminds me of the way Chicago handled the mob way back… couldn’t directly connect them to the crimes of murder so they went after them for things like mail fraud. I for one am glad for people like the St Thomas More Society that are willing to explore these options and see past the emotional issues and down to the legal issues.

We all know that PP used deception when building their abortion clinic… even the city knows it. But to find a way to hold them accountable instead of rolling over in apathy is to be commended.
The unfortunate part of this as I am positive we will learn, is that somehow PP will get out of it by hanging some poor schlub out to dry over it and get on with the business of killing babies.
