Child-marriage in the Catholic CHurch?

Does the Church have a history of allowing child-marriages? By child, I mean, like 7 years old.

I read about how Muhammad married and consummated his marriage to a 9 year old girl, and I thought that can’t be acceptable to God. Then I read that in the middle ages, there was a marriage in the middle ages between some monarch and an Isabella of Spain, and that she was 7 years old at the time. And that this marriage was celebrated, and that this wasnt unusual at all.
Does the Church allow marriages for such young children?

Many monarchs and nobles certainly betrothed their children to one another at young ages, even as infants. And, in the civil laws of the time betrothal was something much stronger than engagement. But, no, these were not marriages. In many cases the young betrothed bride was sent to the court of her intended to learn the language, manners, and customs of the country, but the children did not live together as if they were spouses.

The marriage would occur later, when the children reached a more mature age. And, marriage required consent of both parties.
