Let’s all pray for the Christians in Saudi Arabia who are persecuted and forced to practice their religion in secret.
Would I be morally justified if, for example, I were a tourist/immigrant in Saudi Arabia and preached the Gospel in public?
Of course, we know that it’s absolutely prohibited there. But hey, we’re called to be authentic witnesses of Christ. So is that zeal or just plain carelessness?
Someone should really campaign for freedom of religion in Saudi Arabia. It would be a missionary’s dream destination if it weren’t so dangerous (on the other hand, many might probably want to be martyred in such hostile territory, as was the St. Francis’ intention when he visited the holy land).
Any thoughts?
