At which point would it be chanted if the Mass during the Night is immediately preceded by the Office of Readings as a solemn vigil of the Lord’s Nativity?
The rubric in the Missal says that if it is to be proclaimed, it is to be done immediately before Mass, or more appropriately, during the Liturgy of the hours; it doesn’t say when during the Liturgy of the hours, though.
