Just saw the Radio City Christmas Spectacular Show last night and I wanted to share . . . especially in light of the “Happy Holidays” vs. “Merry Christmas” debate. The Rockettes not only use the word “Christmas”, but they end their show with a live nativity scene.

It was amazing to see live camels and sheep on stage along with wise men and other adorers. It was even more great too that they had took like to tell the Christmas story about the birth of Christ, the impact Christ has had on the world and the importance of remembering him this season.

That Natifity tableau is absolutely breathtaking, isn’t it? The way they light the scene with the light coming UP out of the manger is touching. Nobody leaves the building dry-eyed.

Definitely moving – I’d recommend everyone see it!

Beautiful, isn’t it? I wish we had time to go into the city this year but it’s been so crazy. I went with my mom and sister last year and it was so nice. 🙂

I took the boys to see this earlier this month…this is our usual yearly trip into the City…see the Show and then the Tree and get a bite to eat…my two year old loved it (this was the first show he has been too) and the 14 year old through all of the protests of “I really dont want to go” …did walk out of the Theater saying he really enjoyed himself 🙂

Highly recommend the show to folks…👍

It brings back memories of when I lived in Brooklyn as a child and my parents would bring us to the Radio City Music Hall Christmas show. It was dazzling to me!
