Is it true in some way that Christ’s eternal sacrifice sustains creation? Creation is presented to the Father in the eucharistic sacrifice. Is this eternal sacrifice of Christ involved in how Christ upholds all existence?

The Spotless Lamb is the sacrifice. We are sustained through the Holy Spirit in the Holy Sacraments.
Code:
              The incarnation of the Word, the Gospel, the cross, the tomb, the resurrection on the third day, the ascension into heaven, the enthronement at the right hand of the Father, and the glorious second coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ, and the sending of the Holy Spirit, is all part of the Divine Plan to care for mankind; this plan is called divine providence.
First Vatican Council “God in His providence watches over and governs all the things that He made, reaching from end to end with might and disposing all things with gentleness”.

Is creation held in existence by Christ? And by his sacrifice?

From NABRE Bible Col 1:116-17 Footnote:

Col 1:15-18

the firstborn of all creation.
16 For in himc] were created all things in heaven and on earth,
the visible and the invisible,
whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers;
all things were created through him and for him.
17 He is before all things,
and in him all things hold together.

He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead,
that in all things he himself might be preeminent.

Genesis 1:26 New American Bible (Revised Edition) (NABRE)

26 Then God said: Let us makea] human beings in our image, after our likeness. Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the tame animals, all the wild animals, and all the creatures that crawl on the earth.
