I just wanted to share a few pictures of St. Jerome’s Church in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. It is being dedicated this afternoon by Archbishop Timothy Dolan.

It’s so white, and clean, and with a rustic element yet traditional.

I like it!!!

;)Now then, you Wisconsin people start setting up a process where this church can be prefabbed and shipped into Illinois in pieces for assembly later.😉

I like the architecture, but it’s way too white.

It needs more color, stat.

Can’t say I want to be one of the people trying to keep all that white looking that white.

It reminds me of St. Aloysius from the inside. It’s been years since I was at Mass in St. Als.

Hello Milwaukee!!! 😃 “Makes no difference where I go, you’re the best hometown I know…” 👍

It’s white, but it’s beautiful. We are so very fortunate to have Archbishop Dolan as our Metropolitan.

Color makes it look like an igloo. The architecture is beautiful though.

It’s not really AS white as it seems. I took the pictures with my camera phone.

Whitewater! I was at UW Whitewater in HS for a workshop for our school newspaper! 😃 I think I was editor on it one year, I don’t even remember for sure now but I did work on the paper. Did get to go to Indian Summer one year at UW Madison and had a partial semester at UW Milwaukee but had to drop because I got mono (no, didn’t get it from kissing, it’s very contagious and a fellow employee came in with mono). 😦 Again, that’s a lifetime ago already! I’m a dislocated cheesehead! Do miss Milwaukee.
