Church pianists/organists: what are your favorite reflection arrangements?

I’ve been fired up recently to find beautiful arrangements of hymns to play for mass. I just bought some books by Mark Hayes, an Evangelical church musician, and there are some great arrangements of Catholic hymns. I always look for books with mostly Catholic hymns so I can play them for mass, but never find any. Are they out there, and if so are they good arrangements?
