I’ve seen videos lately where the wedding party comes into the church dancing and making quite a show of it. Is this really okay in our faith and why or why not
If you are talking about the wedding that has been on the news today and is a You Tube hit, that was NOT in a Catholic Church. Dancing is not part of our liturgical tradition. So, such an entrance would not be “ok” in a Catholic parish. It isn’t a matter of faith, it is about respect for the Church as a house of God and for the Blessed Sacrament in the Tabernacle.
