Good morning all,

I would like some clarification as to which usage is correct when refering to the Cycle and Year of the readings for mass;

Is it Cycle A, Year I or Year A, Cycle I.

My Liturgical Desk Calendar has it one way and many sites on the internet have it the other way.

I am confused.

Thanks in advance.

George

Remember, seven days without prayer makes one weak.

This is how I understand it.

Cycle A-B-C is the Sunday readings

Year 1 or Year 2 would be the daily readings.

Thanks for the replies and clearing that up for me.
