What is the difference in lifestyles? How does the church view them? Which route is better to go?

cloisters cannot go outside of their monastery/convent without permission. non-cloisters can and do to preform their day to day work. the church (to my knowldege) views them as equal. and to find out which rout to go, well, frankly, that is between you and God and what way He thinks you should use your talents 😃
