Hi everyone!
Over the summer last year I was having a great relationship with someone I really care about. We were both very happy and talked about our future together. I have very strong feelings for him and think about him being in my future. Things fell through on his end as he was going through a difficult time emotionally and financially and more or less “shut down”. He was very distant to me, and several mutual friends. We had stopped seeing each other but still kept talking on the phone. I was praying everyday, multiple times a day, that him and I would be brought back together again. A Saturday morning in October, I was early to work and was praying in my car, to the Virgin Mary, and said something along the lines of “if I have to wait, I am willing to wait, I just want to know. Can you give me a sign? I don’t care if it hits me in the face, I just wanna know if everything’s going to work out.” I expressed how I felt very lost and in limbo with the situation. Later on, one of my coworkers was leaving, so I decided to walk her to her car to get some air. I was standing on the curb on the drivers side of her car looking towards the building. She was on the passenger side of her car looking for something in her glove box and she was in my line of view. Out of no where, something flew by me and landed about a foot away from me. It was a coin. It was just her and I in that part of the parking lot, others were very far away. I picked it up and said to her “did you throw something at me?” she said no and was confused. I know people talk about finding pennies from passed loved ones but this was defiantly not a penny and those in my family who have passed, passed when I was a very young child and I have little memory of them. It was foreign currency and had a big number 5 on it and the writing was in another language. When I went back inside I started googling it, it was from the Ukraine. The value of this coin was less than the value of a US penny. I did some research on coins from angels, saints, and heaven and found that this could mean a length of time (5 days, weeks, months, years). I have no doubt in my mind this the sign I was asking for. But I will also add, I am still currently praying for this person and I to be brought back together and have not reached a resolution in this matter. A few weeks later I found another coin in my work coat pocket that was a British 10 pence when came in… and shortly after that incident, I had gotten up from my work area for max 30 seconds to get something and returned to find a coin from the Bahamas that was worth 25 cents that I know wasn’t there when I left. Everyday during this time (and still now) I pray for guidance and assistant for my situation and it makes me believe these coins are gifts or signs from them. (cont)
