Colombian men to be forced to carry condoms

Once again it seems people are trying to treat the symptoms rather than the actual cause of it all. It mentions that if you get caught without a condom then you may have to take a course on AIDS prevention. One word to solve the problem of AIDS being spread through sex: abstinence.

Does the ruling state that it has to be undamaged? Protesters could thread a cord through the middle of the packet and tie a knot in it.

I seriously hope you do not feel this is fact!
although i admit i have not seen the figures for the last few years. at one time heterosexual MARRIED couples were just a fraction under homosexual men for amount of HIV and AIDS infections…

and In Africa its the highest percentage followed by children of these “married” couples

the only “safe” sex is no sex,

Besides the law says carry them does not mean they are being forced to use them…

God invented “safe sex”. He called it marriage…and expected the married to practice monogamous fidelity to one another. So long as the couple are monogamous, and faithful, and so long as neither partner brings HIV nor any other infection to the wedding bed, marriage is in fact a secure protection.

I agree that yes God did invent “safe sex” but and i was not clear on it which i was wrong for is say marriage itself is not “safe sex” anymore…

this is coming from a person who’s spouse was cheating on me,luckily I figured it out before I had to pay the price of my life…Or worse

Never been there. Have no reason to go ther. Plan on not going there.

I don’t remember what city it was, but one of Colombia’s cities was listed as the MOST dangerous in the world a few years ago. I’m not sure if it’s changed. But Shakira is from Colombia. Now they’re arming their men to be sexual predators who, if able to use a condom correctly, will suffer no consequences 98% of the time.
The point is, nothing good ever comes out of Colombia except coffee beans.
 
The main issue is that they can gloss over sexual predators and fornication because they feel secure with the new condom mandation. First, it is an unjust law that able Columbians should defy. Second, why would predators take the time to use one? Finally, sexual sin can only be overcome by a radical rebending of desires back to their proper place as God intended them. What a shock if a priest was forced to carry one!
