Communion and First Saturdays

My understanding is one has to receive Communion on First Saturdays as part of the devotion. After Fr. is done hearing Confessions today, is it likely he would be willing to give me Holy Communion, perhaps from the Hosts in the Tabernacle or something?
 
I don’t think priests normally give communion outside of Mass except to someone sick at home or in a hospital. Couldn’t you go to Mass this afternoon/evening and receive there?

Thats how I do it. I attend the Saturday Mass Vigil for the First Saturday. Then I attend the regular Sunday Mass the next day.
